OMLAUNDRY, a trusted partner in laundry and cleaning services since the early 2000s, began as a washerman in Olanrewaju Street with a family of four, also particularly serving the University of Lagos, specifically the postgraduate hall at Henry Carr.

We began as Diligent Cleaners and have evolved and extended over the last two decades to include services such as laundry, dry cleaning, home and office cleaning, and fumigation.

We take pleasure in our expertise and devotion to quality and client satisfaction; over the years, we have handled thousands of fabrics for various events.

FAQs

Schedule a pickup and delivery anytime of the day, 7 days a week! Using our website or put a call on (08098177354) to schedule, simply select your preferred pickup and delivery time and specify your service address. Once the order has been placed, one of our DISPATCH RIDER will text you when they are en route to your location.

If. you have any special instructions or cleaning preferences, just let us know in the “special instructions” box when scheduling! Our team will see these instructions when inbounding your order and we’ll take care of it accordingly!

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your pickup. We would meet at the prearranged location after speaking with you over the phone or over text message! After that, we will give your clothes back to you at the delivery address and time you specified. Please use the “special instructions” section to let us know if you have any particular instructions!

Up to you! If you are home, we will pickup and deliver to you in person. However, if you would like to leave your laundry with either security at the front door or better still at an agreed location, you can do so. Just let us know in the instructions box so our runner knows where to pickup and deliver to!

If the item poses a risk to other items, we will return it uncleaned. If we can dry clean without putting others at risk, we will seek your permission. If a specialty cleaner is needed, we will seek your approval for additional costs and turnaround time.

We ask that you grant us approval and release Rinse of any liability if damage should occur during the cleaning process as there are some inherent risks to the attached sequins and ornaments due to the mechanical action of the cleaning process.

We take full precaution to protect all sequined or ornamented garments, including turning them inside out and putting them in protective mesh bags so they don’t tangle with other garments.

If you would like to provide a permanent preference to clean all items with sequins or ornaments, regardless of risk, please let us know at care@rinse.com and we will make a note on your account.

Items with care labels that provide safe cleaning techniques are acceptable for imitation leather items at Omlaundry & Dry-Cleaning; however, items requiring special handling or leather-specific procedures cannot be accepted.

They request permission and absolve Omlaundry & Dry-Cleaning of any responsibility in the event of harm. Faux leather is constructed of plastics and, while less dangerous than real leather, can melt, fracture, or leak color when heated.

If a garment is prone to color bleeding, we will not clean it and return it to you unwashed. Even with your waiver of liability, we are unable to clean certain things since they represent a risk to other clothing being cleaned at the same time.

 We extensively examine all items for unstable dyes that may have been produced during the production process. If you have a garment that is prone to color bleeding, we recommend that you spot treat it at home by hand washing any areas that need cleaning. If you would like to speak with one of our garment care experts regarding a specific garment, please email us at care@omlaundry.com.

If there is a chance of further damage occurring during cleaning, we will pause and consult with you before proceeding. Throughout the washing process, our cleaning team carefully inspects all garments to ensure that they are properly cared for.

Don’t worry if you have to cancel a delivery! We understand that plans change, so we will send you a reminder message to reschedule.

In the unusual event that a client cancels their delivery and does not reschedule, we will contact them by text message and email reminders on a frequent basis for up to three months. If we are still unable to deliver the clothing after three months, we will give them to a local charity on the customer’s behalf.
